The tournament is open to all US Soccer Federation (USSF) affiliates. The Cup typically has 10 venues with 36 fields used for play. The Fallston Cup annually sees over 400 teams competing in the Cup. Teams come from all over Maryland as well as Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia to join in the competition and fun. Fallston Cup attracts over 400 teams for the two weekends of the girls and boys tournaments and is one of the few tournaments with brackets available for recreational teams. The tournament is well organized and always manned with many friendly and helpful volunteers. The tournament allows teams to cap their seasons with a tournament providing great competition and one last soccer adventure before the holidays. The Boys Fallston Cup tournament was founded in the fall of 1994, with the Girls Fallston Cup added the following year, in 1995. The Fallston Cup is the premier end of season tournament played in November, at the Fallston Recreation fields in Fallston, Maryland. Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30pm) beginning Monday, January 9 th through Wednesday, March 1 st, 2017 at the Chenowith Activity Center. Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use. NOTE: Facility has several steps and hand weights available for participants on first come basis. Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout!
